Arturo Gomez Toribio, of Nokesville, sexually assaulted the victim sometime between May 1 and June 5, according to county police.
Following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants Gomez Toribio on June 10. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful. He is wanted for forcible sodomy and indecent liberties
